This Adapter can be used with either vertical or horizontal Tape Runs. Make holes in the Tape run for the rivets and push these in with the correct spacing using the pins on the small disc supplied. On the Lamp, remove the foam sticker and any residue. seperate and cut the wires approximately 2 in lenght. Strip wires starting as close to the lamp as possible. (be carefull) As you pull off the insulation twist the bare wires then snip off. Give the Lamp a test and make sure it is working. Apply super glue to back of lamp and and pass stripped wires through adaptor ring (gold ring) and then pass wires through adaptor disc pulling gently on the wires to keep straight and snap into place. Then push lamp into the Wall or ceiling eyelets. Then check of operation.
